The course teaches basic personal protection and tactical shooting techniques using a semiautomatic handgun. The course is a minimum of 6 hours of instruction and tactical range exercises and includes teaching the "combat mind set", presentation from a holster (draw), target acquisition, target selection and engagement, shooting while moving, shooting positions, cover and concealment, emergency action drills, and after action drills. It requires a semi-automatic center-fired hand gun, three magazines, holster, magazine holder and 250 rounds. No pocket guns. No prior experience is required and full gear packages are available for $50.
These courses include subjects like Low light shooting, Close quarter and contact distance employment of your handgun, Drawing from concealment, Pistol retention, Pistol disarms, Scenario training and more.
This course is open to Law Enforcement and Military personel only. The course concentrates on skill building and techniques learned in Tactical Handgun training. Placement in this course requires a pre-qualification review at BlueLine Tactical & Police. The course is intensive and includes a minimum of 6 hours of range exercises. The course requires a semi-automatic hand gun, three magazines, holster, magazine holder, tactical flashlight, and 300 rounds of ammunition.
The course teaches personal defense shooting techniques using rifles. The course is 6 hours of classroom and tactical range exercises. The course requires a semi-automatic rifle, three magazines, carry strap/sling, magazine pouch/holder and 400 rounds of ammunition. No prior experience is required.
The course teaches long range shooting techniques using semiautomatic or bolt action scoped rifles. The course is 6 hours and includes classroom work covering optics, sighting-in, ballistics, and tactics. The shooting exercises include engaging reactive targets from 25 to 500 yards. Shooting out to 1750 yards can be included depending on the participant. The course requires a semiautomatic or bolt action scoped rifle of .223 caliber or higher and 100 rounds of Match Grade ammunition. No prior experience is required.
